Juniors
The Juniors section is based on a technical program specially adapted to introduce children into the basics of self defense. The technical program is composed by three modules of two levels. The methodology is adapted so that children as young as 10 learn to defend in an entertaining way.At the present time, the only schools that offer a Juniors section are Marche-en-Famenne in Belgium and Sassari (Sardinia Italy). While the instructors of other schools are in formation, the participation to adult classes is accessible from the age of 14.
Junior classes in Belgium are available in Marche-en-Famenne (Salle St François) on Tuesdays from 17 30 to 18 30.
